Bring your kiddo to Cowboy Kid Zone where they can rope a steer, ride the mechanical bull, do a cowboy themed craft and pick out some fun cowboy gear and treats from the cowboy canteen!

Enter your kiddo for a chance to win prizes and ride the mechanical bull! Everyone gets a prize. Ages 0-15! $10 per child.

Mechanical Bull Riding Contest (For a Trophy!) | 11:00 AM
McKenzie County Ag Expo Exhibit Hall
Can you stay on for 8 seconds? Enter to find out. The best score wins a trophy and a cash prize. Plus, cash prizes for 2nd and 3rd place in each age category.

Glass Sun Catcher Class with Kathy Monti
4:30 PM

Join glass artist Kathy Monti during the NDRA Rodeo's Wild Weekend and the Western Art and Cowboy Culture Gathering to customize a glass sun catcher with your brand or initials (or whatever you choose!). 

Kathy will walk you through the techniques needed to work with glass to make your mark out of color combinations of your choosing. She will take your creations back to her studio to fire them in the kiln and then mail them back to the Long X Arts Foundation within a few weeks. We will contact you when they arrive. 

These would make fun gifts or just an great addition to your Christmas tree. 

Recommended 7 years old and up.
